Pricing

Payment made in advance is required by cheque before home plans are shipped.

Pricing for stock plans:

A          Cottage           $595.00 plus tax
B          Bungalow        $695.00 plus tax
C          Two-Storey     $795.00 plus tax

Pricing includes: Ten(10) copies of the stock plan chosen and license to produce 1 project.

Applicable taxes and shipping extra. All sales final for stock home plans.

Plans include:

A.          A set of 4 elevations.
B.          Dimensioned and noted foundation plans.
C.          Dimensioned and noted floor plans for each level.
D.          Typical section through the building.

Not included in plans:

A.     Plumbing and electrical drawings
B.     Drawings for engineered components
